Mumia's Greetings to PDC Rallies

The following recorded greetings from Mumia Abu-Jamal were played at the PDC rallies last month.

Ona MOVE! Long live John Africa!

Dear friends and comrades of the PDC:

Thank you for your hard and arduous work in the unions and the streets on behalf of my life and freedom. I, we thank you all. This struggle for justice has been long and bitter, yet we struggle on, as we must. The law, Marx said, is but the will of one class made into the law for all. We have seen how the law is made and unmade, how legal precedents become suggestions, and how the law changes from case to case—all in support of repression. We’ve seen the racial exclusion of jurors and the racist comments of judges, false confessions and more. Yet, the struggle continues. I thank you all for the part you play in that struggle.
